This prisoner needs a penpal

It has been a long while since I posted life is crazy
This young man is in what the B.O.P. calls SMU though I don't understand it very well its a program to help offenders that have had some problems whether in a gang or fighting... Robert is doing very well but needs pen pal/correspondence support. I'd like to see him get help with his sentence. In my opinion he was given too much time. I have written an attorney but someone else may be able to get the show-on-the-road for him; Thank you so much Robert is single no children no family

Tommy Silverstein Whats going on?

Solitary Watch has posted several articles about Tommy over the last few years and suddenly they have been brought back to life by commenter's
To see comments go>here<, All the sites and articles have an increasingly negative commentary. Tommy's official site may give an idea as to why; his appeal has been filed the document is posted. Go there or click "document" to read it.
The daily hell continues to go on for Tom. More than 6 mos waiting for Dr. appt.
We have recently been in a war over his mail. A counselornamed "Mr. Foster" refuses to pick up Tom's mail so thats one reason for the delay.
When he complains his form comes back"resolved" but wheres his mail?

The Inspector General has been told "Enough Is Enough—Time for the Feds to Investigate Prison Abuse" "OIG is the guardian of our system of justice, and is responsible for enforcing our laws fairly without bias and above all with the utmost of integrity." As reported by The Atlantic
I would urge everyone to write the Inspector General:
We The People have to tell these officials We do not want our American Prisoners tortured. We do not lose our citizenship when we go to prison.
Sane people go into these isolated torture chambers and are driven crazy.
The mentally ill go in and their illness is exacerbated to the point of self mutilation or suicide.

Tom has been held in these coditions for 3 decades 30 years.
When  asked   and said he does not want "them to win".though he might only get mail 3x a week because some how it is taking up to a month to go from the censors desk to his cell.Other prisoners get mail 5 days aweek. 
 I wrote 7 letters to 7 differnt officials to address this issue then when I got his mail it was mutilated "they" literally sealed the envelope to the letter so when opened the letter would tear and be unreadable, the scanned letter from Tommy and The B.O.P. figures 1 and 2 are what happened to letter upon opening it Figure 3 shows how long it took to reach its destination.
This wasnt the first or last time this happened.

Presently I have written 11 more letters to 11 different entities. Cant say if its better yet or not
Pease read the links and write to Horowitz and voice your opinion that we do not want our prisoners tortured.

My opinion is thus the studies regarding Solitary have been in since the 19th century they just need to stop it.

instead of saying fund she says "committee" but its fraud
still using names of those she does not help.
the monies raised go to her bank account.

Solitary watch's posts PDF of FAQ about isolation

Isolation is still alive and well in this country. When I talk about people will say
"well the prisoner must have done something terrible...blah blah" Well ok but no one should be in isolation indefinately. Prison is the punishment for the crime, isolation is in my opinion only for torture.
We the People have a right in our 8th amendment to not be tortured if we break the law.
